Reviews

Kim Large is top notch! The best divorce attorney without a doubt! She fights hard for her clients, shows up strong and takes great care of those she is working for! Hands down I trust her with legal needs!
Absolutely no legal representation. Recently completed a divorce using Mika Meyers. If you want someone to fight for you pick someone else. Paid over 20k to not have anyone fight for what is actually fair. Definitely would not recommend!
I wanted to share feedback with my attorney instead of posting a review, but she didn’t respond to my email about wanting to do so. I was referred to Amber Soler via her colleague, Neil Jansen. My family had been dealing with him since last year, he was a great communicator and was able to answer questions for me prior to making the decision to hire an attorney for my case. I was communicating with Amber via email. She was responsive in the beginning, when I was looking to set up a consultation with her. The day of our first consultation, she cancelled as I was driving there because she was sick. We were able to reschedule for that following week. She seemed confident in her strategy to win my case. When it came time to pay my retainer, it seemed to go downhill. She barely acknowledged or responded to emails or texts (she welcomed me to reach out on her cell). We had a meeting scheduled to further talk strategy, I confirmed that she didn’t have court so she would be available that whole day but she didn’t follow through and we didn’t meet. After that, I spoke with her on the phone once regarding evidence I shared but she didn’t expand on her strategy. When it came time for the hearing, she didn’t call a key witness despite my communication that the witness was important. Her witness questions lacked critical thinking as to the information that was important to extract. Most of all, her closing argument showed that she hadn’t spent enough time with the evidence that I’d given her, she was recalling incorrect details and grasping for straws. Based on my experience, I would not recommend her to anyone else.
Kim and her team at Mika Meyers are always such a pleasure to work with! They are responsive, and informative and we will continue to use them for anything our company may need. Thank you Kim and team for everything!
I've worked with several attorneys at Mika Meyers over the last 4 years, and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Kim Large has helped me achieve a successful conclusion to a false advertising dispute with Menards. The dispute was over a semi truck of OSB I purchased on sale for my business just before Covid-19 caused OSB prices to skyrocket. After they accepted my online order and money changed hands, Menards wanted to refund me and limit my purchase to 90 sheets, Kim resolved the dispute with a letter and a phone call. Kim Large has alway been my point of contact but in matters outside of her expertise she has referred me to other attorneys at Mika Meyers. Mike Huff and Douglas Donnel were great to work with when it came time to purchase my commercial building from my land lord. The first right of refusal I was granted in my lease was not honored and it turned into a 3-way suit between My Landlord, his 'purchaser', and me. Mike and Doug stopped the sale, and was able to work out a very favorable end result for me. Now that it is time to trademark a few things for my business I have reached out to Kim again and it turns out they even have some that specializes in trademarks! She has put me in touch with Jennifer Puplava at her firm and I am excited for what will come of that! Highly recommend Kim and the attorneys at Mika Meyers
