Sloppy Seth is what I shall call this review. Seth came referred by a trusted contact and I couldn't have been less impressed with his lack of concern, professionalism and attention to detail. I own a rental property in a LLC and was forced to seek representation by the courts for eviction after filing evictions with damages summons. The paperwork was already filed and assigned to a judge. All Seth had to do was file an amendment for representation and this took him almost a week after I paid a retainer fee of $750 (I was told this amount was more due to the fact I had the summons II complaint). There were mistakes after mistakes and I just felt that Seth is running a paper mill, rather than a true professional attorney that is concerned about his client's best interests. The way he spoke to me during the experience was absolutely horrendous and downright unprofessional. If you are seeking an attorney to help with your eviction, RUN AWAY from Sloppy Seth!
