Explained in detail why I rcv'd a summons to a court proceeding I have no interest in; offered an option whereby I would rcv'd a dismissal - the Atty mailed out the signature page, I returned it - tah-dah! I am dismissed.. The Attorney I spoke with was exceedingly courteous which I greatly appreciated..

I have called multiple times, my lawyer has called multiple times, the representative from the title company has called and no one will give us the payoff amount for my residence. I am told to speak to a Stewart Bogart who does not seem to respond to anyone at all. He doesn't even pick up the phone. I am literally trying everything at this point to get someone to take us seriously and they will not! I have a buyer on my home with a closing of July 30th and this company cannot even provide my attorney with a payoff amount!!!! How could you not want paid in full???

They checked us in the a few minutes later a man walked out and asked us "Are you the ones with the money" then took us to a room where he said "is that the money? Go ahead and give it to me" Very impersonal
