Waste of time. I qualified for their services for a housing issue. Took them 2 weeks to review my case. They decided I didn't meet their target demographic. Lawyer left me hanging to represent myself. If you're broke & not an immigrant you're basically out of luck.

I am still trying to get in touch with them. And I understand it’s a pandemic so they are likely to be short handed. I will continue to call until I get an answer.

I called this place and applied for legal services over a week and a half ago to get help with an ongoing custody battle. After submitting all my paperwork and waiting to hear back from an attorney I was called Friday afternoon and advised my case was only accepted for advice. My court date is Tuesday!! This was very unacceptable, frustrating and disheartening. I could have been looking for representation instead of thinking that it was already assigned. I than was advised by a receptionist that they do not serve the people first come first served but that instead they pick and choose who they are going to help with actual representation!! What a waste of my time and energy...this place should not exist if its not going to offer anything but advice and the process needs to be re-executed!! People who are looking for help especially with issues such as custody of children do not have a week and a half to wait nor a weekend to find representation when this firm feels my case is to hard or complicated to offer any real assistance!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...PROBABLY A NON PROFIT IN NAME ONLY TO GET GOVERNMENT FUNDS TO NOT AVTUALLY HELP ANYONE!!

The website is not correct. They show they aid in disability so I called and the lady argued with me they only do family and divorce. They don't even know what they do, VERY NOT PROFESSIONAL & SHADY.
