I also couldn’t help but notice that a ton of the recent reviews seem to revolve around the same time frame (within several days) and mention the same issues... which has to make you wonder if there’s probably two sides to the story. Never the less, in my experience this firm and specifically Michael Minton have been trustworthy, respectful and very knowledgeable. Others have mentioned his rate and to that I say the value and expertise this person brings is worth what he charges.
