I had to change my previous stellar review after recent developments. I'm one of several families in northeastern AZ who was represented by Guidant. They won our case for us with Apache County but stopped short of seeing it through to the end. Therefore, after thousands of dollars were paid to Guidant, we have a successful win with absolutely nothing to show for it. Literally nothing is happening and we're sitting here wondering what we paid for with zero results. Why isn't Guidant acting on our behalf when the County is doing absolutely nothing to enforce our judgement?

Sam is not only a great lawyer but an overall amazing person. When I was in an accident in September, my surgeon recommended Sam to me and from the start he was professional, determined, and always prepared. He managed to get everything solved and I don’t think anyone else would’ve been able to do what he did.
