Aaron Mixon is a thief! I paid him $4,000 to represent me in March 2024 for my April hearing and he went ghost until finally calling me back a few days before my hearing only because I wanted my money back. He basically begged for me to keep him as my attorney insisting it was just a bad time but doesn’t do business that way. I agreed to give him another chance; my fault! He went to one hearing and it was a mess because he still had not even met with me to go over my case or gotten any records. After the hearing I had a phone conference he didn’t even know about, hung up a minute into and never called me back again. I asked him to remove himself from my case and asked for the remaining $3,000 credit I should still have. That was May 9, 2024. I called June 9th and HE STILL DID NOTHING! Finally he sends the request to be removed as my attorney and that took almost no time. Today is September 27th and he still has my money and still ignores my calls!
