Ms Melanie and her staff was very responding at answering all of my questions and making everything knowable and understanding. If I called and didn’t get a answer, they would call me back as soon as possible. I would be happy to refer anyone to MJ Law Firm. I heard about this Law Firm from a stranger at my rheumatologist doctor, a young lady was there that y’all had help and she seen I needed help and told me to call Ms Melanie and I did. I hired this firm and the only way I talked to anyone or heard any news I had to call them. I called at least once a month then I got a phone call being fussed on by Melanie herself that she thought I had disappeared! I talked to her secretary at length every month for at least a year. I was accused of changing my number and everything and she argued with me. Soon after that secretary was no longer working there. I still never heard anything from anyone that I didn’t call to find something out. I really do believe she dropped the ball with me. Now I’m out nearly 3 years and I have to start over from the beginning! I don’t recommend her or her office at all.
