I retained Attorney Mollica for a divorce. Attorney Mollica made a very difficult situation in my case, so much easier, until it was over and I am thinking she had me sign my house over to my exhusband as court ordered (in my favor)without making sure my name was off the mortgage (also court ordered) as well, which it was not. So advising me to sign the deed without my name off the mortgage was obviously not my best interest and still 3 years I am trying to get it off. She wants $5,000.00 down, we had a bad connection, she later informed me my hour of statically, interrupted, are you there, Free Consult was over. $30,000 and my name is on a mortgage for a home I no longer own, and she released my check of $750.00 for a Kohls bill that was clothing for children. Our financials, she determined we make the same amount in salary-$52,000.00 tax free and $52,000.00 taxed as a business owner is not the same amount. Get a second opinion, I know divorces are certainly not easy, plus mistakes like this only add to the headache, do your homework it will pay off in the end. During all this you hope your best interest is at heart, clearly our salary, signing my my home over to him without a new mortgage reflecting that, was a terrible lead, and releasing my check for clothing for our children? I'll seek assistance elsewhere. That's why everyone says get a second opinion, estimate, diagnosis etc. Yes she's nice. However I am stuck!
