Molson Law Firm was recommended to us by our Real Estate Agent. I asked our Agent to recommend someone who would be responsive to our questions, needs and someone who would have our back. We didn't always have that experience in the past so this was important to us. Ashley Molson and her Law Firm were recommended. Throughout the process, we received emails and phone calls from the staff and Ashley with updates, guidance and suggestions. It was a tricky time since we were in the midst of the pandemic with many restrictions in place and the process of purchasing this house was not easy. Shortly before closing we changed lenders. Ashley and her staff worked hard and quickly once we were granted an extension by the Seller to meet the new closing deadline. Ashley and her staff are very personable and professional. When I reached out to them with questions, they were always very responsive, helpful and kind especially when I was feeling stressed. When you have concerns, they schedule and respond to calls immediately. They even provide you with a weekly checklist to make sure you are completing the tasks required for a quick closing.
