This clown is still around. This "law firm" took advantage of the bad economy back in 2008/2009. Harassing and threatening people who were victims of the fallen economy. Old Timmy hires fresh out of law school kids to do his dirty work. These little punks liked to harass people then brag about it on social media. One said he "made old ladies cry when he took their money." I was a victim. I was harassed, threatened and sued. I had no money. I let them take me to court. Waste their time and money. Guess how much money they got from me? $0.00. Bankruptcy was a wonderful thing during the bad economy. My lawyer shut them up. So all their threats, time and energy and court fees were all a waste. They never saw a dime from me. Bankruptcy gave me a fresh start. Timmy and his minions lost that case. I laughed myself to a life debt free.

They called me too much.

It's not legal to try to collect expired debt, but Timothy Baxter and Associates did this. They won in court without a hearing due to how courts are set up -No representation = no rights. Didn't even get a hearing as the judge jumped the gun. It was marital debt, not even mine, and I was long divorced. Each time they sued, they were able to add their fees to the debt. After 3 consecutive years of suing us Timothy Baxter and Associates finally forced us into a bankruptcy with it's illegal and unethical tactics. Several years later I was included in a class action lawsuit against them. If I remember right, according to the letter, Timothy Baxter and Associates lost. I know they currently have a lawsuit from 2018 and are not recommended by the BBB. I didn't receive further information and no compensation was given, but my family and I are still paying in terms of credit and life options. Timothy Baxter and Associates are leeches on society's butt, and an example of how our legal system aids parasitical lawyers while they suck the lifeblood out of those who can't afford representation.

A solid collection attorney. If the losers complaining would just pay the debts they owe would never be an issue.. mostly bottom of the barrel scum not paying debt which raises rates for everyone who are complaining...

This is by far the worse company EVER! Huge rip off. Tracey is the most unprofessional person ever. They lie!
