This is my second review of this prestigious law firm, I wrote a review during my experience with this office and now that my case is settled I am writing the end of my experience. Michael and Kerry were phenomenal in bringing my settlement to an end it was done expediently and Michael personally called me and kept me in the loop at all times. I was so impressed and grateful for his honesty . I felt like I knew him and he had so much compassion for me as his client he always made me feel like I was his only client I was so gracious and with so much integrity I will always savor this experience with this firm And will highly recommend his law firm- it’s a rarity to come across genuine people and last but not least Kerry - when I walked into the office she showed me so much love such and hospitality - love reminded me of when I walk into my .mom’s house only this was an office

i hate to do this but, this law firm has let me and my family down completely. We have been waiting on a settlement for my daughter for 3 years! We have been more than patient, we have called and communicated and have done everything this law firm has asked of us. It is baffling to say the least! These attorneys miss court dates and don't even give explanations as to why! We have never gotten a straight forward answer as to WHY it is taking SO LONG TO get our settlement. Oct 2023 will be 3 YEARS on this ONE case and it was not even fatal! This is ridiculous and absolutely no excuse for the dragging out of this case. I guess our case just doesn't matter to them at all.. Aubrey Baker is the client in case someone tries to get on here and say I'm a fake account. SMH Annette and Nicole Communicated recently and said they would get back to me, but still NO END OF THIS CASE IN SIGHT!

This law firm is trash ! This is my 2nd time using them to handle my case . Michael don’t care about his clients . He tells you anything and then ignore you . I’ve been lied to over and over about my case . I’ve had three people to handle this case since April 2023! The two people prior has been fired due to lack of communication and effort to do work as of what Michael told me . He ignores me he refuse to call me back . Whoever the lady is that answer the phone tried to help me 2weeks ago only for her to tell me now they still tryna get it to probate . I will never use this law firm again . All they want and care about is getting paid . They can care less about the client and family ! Please don’t let them handle your case ! Take it else where !

I honestly had the best experience working with micheal’s law office. Everyone communicated with me on a timely manner and worked efficiently. Hopefully I don’t get into another accident but if ever I do I will come to this law office. Special shout-out to Shon because she was by my side the entire case. Im happy with my results!

This law firm is the absolute worst by far, the turn over rate is ridiculously HIGH. I have never seen a law firm that can’t keep a steady amount of paralegals in a years time. The attorney drag and lag out the cases and doesn’t seen to be punctual or proactive what so ever. They don’t email you, they don’t follow up, nor do they mail out documents or updates. You’ll spend a huge amount of your time calling in to check the status of your case and being reassigned to some one NEW each time. PLEASE look around before calling this firm. You’ll have over 7 people handling your case and it won’t go anywhere just a bunch of confusion. They have no fight in them. This firm deals with easy simple cases for quick money. It’s been over a year and the lawyer backed out of my case. Because he doesn’t want to Pursue. Must’ve gotten paid under the table or something. Just simply shady. NO STARS ?? BECAUSE THEY’RE a EPIC FAILURE FIRM. This is a very honest and legit review.
