Since they have switched me 4 times I have been trying to get in contact w Tayana but just get random emails. Last case manager was amazing and always kept me. Up to date. I have called over 20 times left messages and have not heard even her voice yet.
Careful if your case is time sensitive... they took my information, told me to wait for correspondence and not to contact other lawyers. Then I patiently waited for three weeks. I called back three weeks later for some guy to say "we can't take your case" and then to tell me to call the bar association for a referral. I was patiently waiting for a call back and could've gone with another firm in the time they ghosted me. feel disrespected. I won't be consulting with this firm for future cases. EDIT: I called back and was told they couldn't give me a reason because the attorneys never leave one. I'm sure this is a good law firm once you're in but I'm too small for them to communicate with respectfully.
Katelyn has made it easier for me to understand the process and she keeps me informed and I really appreciate that she tells me what to expect and what not to do or say since this is the first time that I have gotten a lawyer for a car accident. I really appreciate all that you are doing for me. I really am glad that I hired your firm because I really believe that you will definitely look out for me. The subject matter I discussed with him is very emotional and hard to say actually say out loud.. the things that are taking place in my life are things that nobody could make up they are so horrible. It's been 2 years of this soul crushing behavior against me and it's very draining to tell someone only to be told I need to contact someone else. It's going to take days for me to build up enough courage and strength to try again. It's not his fault in any way . Just another reason I stopped trying to find help
I've never had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Gutierrez. Not once have I ever received a call from her or an update on the status of my case. Ive tried calling but ive never gotten through. Ive left voice messages and not once have I ever received a call back... in over a year. I get it! All clients and cases are not required the same amount of attention. Understandable. But one courtesy phone call... an email... an update, here and there, would bring comfort to me and my family.
