Called numerous times and tried to get some info regarding a class action suit that M&M is legal counsel of and I am a claimant. Impossible to connect with the right person. It's easier and more fruitful to dial into a black hole. Spent too much time on hold and being transferred to someone else. Call another firm. Not recommended.
Very disappointed! After speaking with our person we were assigned to for months (Saundra R.) we were informed that they are no longer representing us as we didn’t continue to follow their fraudulent plan to take the lady for everything she had when all we wanted was our medical covered because the accident wasn’t our fault. One of their suggested places to go for chiropractic care was also a joke they make up vitals and never adjusted us after months of seeing us. It’s unfortunate they don’t follow their commercials and care like they say they do.
I’m starting off by saying I have life long injuries with my neck and back and apparently my case wasn’t good enough for this “for the people” company. I was denied by Morgan and Morgan a while ago but the lower class attorney took me and won the rear ending case I was involved in, where I received long life injuries. After seeing countless commercials I thought this company would be my best solution. I was wrong, less than 5 mins on the phone and with a police report (stating my innocence in the collision) and I was denied because my case wasn’t “good enough”. Morgan and Morgan missed out on an easy opportunity because they didn’t feel “I met their needs”. Terrible services, false advertising in their television ads, you only get accepted if you’re “good enough” apparently ???????? will be telling people I know and love NOT to use Morgan and Morgan! Why bother? They’ll just throw your case to someone else.
The cracks in the foundation is really bad
In the late 90s I contacted them re: a reckless driver who totalled my truck. Guilty driver fled the scene but left a hand written note with police officer, including their phone number and address, nearby. I contacted Morgan & Morgan from the copious TV ads. After a couple of days, a legal assistant contacted me saying that they had interviewed the culprit, and they had denied any culpability . SERIOUSLY? Since then, I have done my very, very best to steer people away from Morgan & Morgan.
