About Law Firm

Formed in 2001, Mortenson and Rafie, LLP was established by two Las Vegas attorneys, Peter Mortenson and Darius Rafie. The Firm now has over 35 years of combined legal experience in handling a wide variety of business and personal cases. In 2007 the firm relocated to its new building which is conveniently located directly off the 1-215 exit at Town Center Drive in Las Vegas, Nevada. Reviews

My experience with Darius has been wonderful. Prior to working with the firm, they let me know this process can be emotional and overwhelming. They have gone above and beyond to meet, and often surpass, my needs professionally and personally. The support I’ve received throughout this process has been resounding. Communication has been open and clear since day one. I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking legal guidance.
