Defendants: Attorney for the defendants, The Virginia Trust in a complaint filed against them by Knights of Columbus. The case is centered around a dispute over two life insurance policies that were purchased by Raymond Williams from the Knight of Columbus. Two women, both of whom were married to Williams at separate times claim to be beneficiaries of these policies. His second wife, Sheree Williams filed a motion for a summary judgment. Based on the evidence presented to the court her motion was granted.
