Robert Moses represented me when he was with one of his many previous "law firms". When you're going through a divorce, it stands to reason that your life is coming apart. If you're smart, which I was not, you will pay attention because what your ex doesn't get the lawyer will make sure he does. Robert took advantage of my situation which is not what I expected. At first he was pleasant if a bit childish, which struck me as odd. But when it came to emptying my savings, he showed real sophistication. Needless to say I would not recommend him.

Adam Richards represented me at his old firm. In my opinion, he was haphazard, unprepared, unpolished, not respected by the presiding judge or competing attorneys. While interviewing lawyers in post judgment matters, it turns out nobody had ever heard of Mr. Richards either. On the most important day in my proceeding, Mr. Richards chose to go to a different court and client and sent his assistant, who has little to no courtroom experience, to present to the judge. His inattention to detail, inability to articulate the finer points of an Agreement have cost me dearly six years later. My experience with Mr. Richards was disastrous--make sure you do you due diligence as I've spoken to others who are equally disappointed by his representation.
