Murad Defense, P.A.

Working with Murad was a nightmare.. After he collected Almost $5000 from me for a misdemeanor case (which is insanely overcharging) He kept blowing me off, would not return my phone calls. My case was in South Dakota, and I come to find out that he is not even licensed there. I retained him back in June 2017. And have still yet to receive my refund. Stay away from this law firm. Murad took my money to represent me pre-charge for an incident .. The very next day after i signed the retainer agreement I learned from the detective investigating my case that Murad had been recommended to be disbarred from the practice of law. I followed up with Murad on that very same day and he vehemently denied the officers 'accusations' citing the fact that detectives are always going to be biased against a defense attorney in criminal proceedings.. Long story short.. Murad Mohammed has been Interim suspended which is the first step toward being dis barred because the referee overseeing his disciplinary proceedings at the Minnesota Supreme Court level; recommended this lawyer be disbarred... So my retained attorney lied directly to my face as well as in text messages.. He all but STOLE my money.. Did not provide ANY consul on my case, and failed to file the proper paperwork on a double digit thousand dollar forfeiture action! Murad shys away from direct communication.. He will return a call sometimes only to tell you to text him.. I have our entire history of text in a chain that I'm debating on posting here to demonstrate how he violates the fiduciary oath that he is supposed to abide by!

This experience with Murrad wasn't very pleasant he won't return any phone calls sometimes he text! I paid him three thousand to file a paper and plead a case by mail... However it took about four months he's just got the pleas by mail but is still not answering to further discuss the case. BEWARE!!

This guy owes me 1,900.00 dollars. I move him year and half ago to new apartment and maple grove when he got divorced and choose stripper. Really sad he good guy and I trusted him. Thank for stiffing me.

Thank god he has been disbarred and isn’t able to steal from people anymore .
