Very bad real estate lawyer. They charge lawyer prices doing worse work than a title agent does at a fraction of the cost. They took odd fees for a "termite inspection" after I did my own termite inspection saying they can take any fees they want pretty much. Just cause they are the biggest doesn't mean they are the best. They give real estate agents gifts like big umbrellas

Attorney Heather Sarvis and her paralegal Jenna are absolutely amazing! They truly care about their clients and work hard to make sure their clients get the best results possible. They are both professional and courteous, giving one the sense that they know how to do their job and do it well, but at the same time there is a level of care present which instantly puts one at ease.
