I was extremely disappointed and let down by Alan and his firm and the lapse in time W no call backs really hurt my case. I was unable to get any response after my first conversation. I spoke multiple times w the paralegal, the receptionist and at the beginning w Alan. Many voicemails, texts, emails later and despite being reassured that Alan would get back to me ... NO RESPONSE. Extremely unprofessional especially since Alan himself expressed an interest in my case, AND was referred by another attorney. Again, a law firm that never returns your calls??Especially after telling you they were interested in your case? Looking at other reviews, this seems to be the low standard. I had such high hopes and then.... PFFFTTTT.... the air was let of the balloon.
