The same happened to me at the Excalibur in Las Vegas, ages ago. The Machiine showed over $167,000, but the manager and the Nevada Gaming Commission representative pointed out the sign on the machine which says that in case of a 'malfunction' the player is only entitled to what the machine 'spilled' (my word) out. I got $67. Please test this case all the way. Do you know of a case in the UK wher a casino refused to pay a card player (black UK ) because it claimed that the player 'memorised' cards? He sued but I do not know how it ended. Best of luck. I will pay $500 to support her case. See if you can get others to support her cause, or let her do it.
