This is the most unprofessional group I have ever had to deal with. If you have the option of choosing a different attorney, please do so. For starters, the front desk woman has an attitude anytime you call or come in. If you have to go into the office, there are sensitive documents sitting right on the front desk that include individuals full names, DOB, social security numbers, addresses, court information. When trying to get in contact with anyone, no one answers the phone . You are treated as if you are their biggest problem.

ACTUALLY IT'S ZERO STARS: The comments below are 100% on point! I have been trying to resolve an issue since 2019/2020. IN MY OPION: I also feel that the attorney "handling" my case and the front office staff are very rude and unprofessional. However, if the named attorney chooses not to address this and any of the other comments, then one can only assume they condone this type of behavior. Therefore, I have contacted their client (the people I have a case with ) directly to inform them of my experience with their lawyer.

I called to resolve a bill and Attorney Silverman was very rude and automatically had an attitude when I asked for explanation of my bill. Dont recommend her service. Poor customer service.

I have been trying to reach this office for MONTHS. I got a answer one time and she stated they would return my call. They never returned it. I am still waiting for a answer, let alone a return call

I simply called to try to schedule a consult and the person that answered was very rude.
