Evan Needham in my opinion is the best real estate lawyer in town and here is why... I had an issue with a home I was looking to rent, the property manager and listing agent were not working with me at all, and playing games. They were saying unless I moved into the home at a specific date, which was sooner than I actually could (and that was communicated to them before giving them the deposit) that I would forfeit my $6k deposit. I got tired of it, and decided to hire Evan Needham. I called Evan, and that very day he had me come to his office, and we spent 2 hours going over the facts. He wrote a letter for me, which resulted in me getting my money back in full within 3 days. Evan answered all my questions, spent time with me to understand my situation, and advised me on what to do if they didn't respond. I really think Evan truly cares about his clients. He is all about his client's best interests and is very responsive. Should I ever have another real estate matter, he will be my go to. Though hopefully, I wont be needing more attorneys in the future.

This Review is to recommend this man based on his genuine character and helpfulness via the phone. my slogan is " when you absolutely Need Him CALL Needham!" because Evan Took the time to call me back on two occasions and help me with some ideas with solution driven practical advice for a local issue regarding casino bi-law policy and trespass law. this is not even his area of practice but Evan took the time to help a local man who is really hurt by a situation. this guy Evan is first rate and i recommend anyone going to him based on his authentic character and willingness to listen to you when no one else may. Sometimes its worth the money just to have someone understand you to be honest. in this world it can really be hard when no one can understand your situation and Evan is patient and very helpful.
