I attempted to seek legal counsel from the firm about medical malpractice. Received a call only to receive a letter a week later stating they couldn’t take my case. A simple call would’ve been better and not a waste of any paper.
Mr. Hammond is a fantastic person. He listened to me and went beyond what others would have when explaining my situation. I recommend everyone to contact this firm when in need of an attorney. Let me use this means to say thank you Nelson and Hammons.
They were great kept me informed in every way possibly. They we they when we needed the most. I would highly recommend the entire firm and staff
Suppose to be one of the best malpractice law firm but when a Dr. Does something that causes Great damage to one's health when it could have been avoided easily would seem to me to be a pretty solid case. Their so called "medical board" decided that though the doctor's actions caused great injury he was however not responsible. According to them. They never even introduced this to the court system even though I retained their services, they drug it out over a year only to never meet with me directly about anything! Then proceeded to explain that they we're not going to move forward with case because a circus ring medical board said so. What a bunch of lying scum bag lawyers.
Mr Hammons is one of a number of lawyers I have the privilege of knowing who is dedicated to the people in the society in which we live. He has a rare perspective on the law, those that write it, those who cause it to be written the way it is and the people it is supposed to serve.
