This review is long overdue, matter of fact it has been roughly 20 years or back in 1996-97 when I hired Nelson to represent my asylum case in front of immigration judge in Boston court.nI have consulted a few immigration attorneys prior meeting Nelson but all I heard from them is that I have a very good chances winning this case with them, that they will gladly accept it and work my case and if necessary take it to a Supreme court to fight for me ( as long as I pay their hourly rate).nNelson however, after reviewing my case told me bluntly that there is nothing "winning" about it's a loser case and it will take extraordinary amount of work to build this case where it should be in order to have some chance of winning it. nTo summarize it, I just want to say that he did win my case and it changed my life.nFor that, Nelson, I will always be thankful to you.
