I was served papers allegedly to an address I never lived at. Years later, a friend of mine gets a wage garnishment to hold my wages when I’ve never worked for her. I call and paid in full- the check didn’t work w my bank account. I went to the bank and opened an entirely new account to make this payment! I was constantly instructed to wait days and days before resubmitting my payment. I finally got a manager to override and take my payment in full. I just looked and they returned the check… if you guys want over $3k, maybe learn to do your jobs. I am keeping full record of everything in case you try to sue me for repeatedly trying to pay you. Absurd.

This company is fine, nothing special nothing horrendous. Payment process can be a bit of a pain of you dont have checks as part of your bank acct. Everyone complaining in the reviews is pissed that they have to pay money they owe and that's why the reviews are so low for the most part in my opinion. Took 1 star off because getting the payments set up in the first place wasn't seamless but it also wasn't too bad.

Nothing like getting dropped down to part-time at work and trying to survive off of that and VA disability for these people to say that they count VA disability as income and refuse to renegotiate my monthly payment. VA disability is tax free, IRS doesn’t count it as income, but lawyers do. How is that logical, or legal?

absolutely hideous coding and site design, they want your money but then their system refuses to work with any bank account i'd actually want, forcing you to get another bank account just to pay them.. detestable... that should be seen as a refusal to accept payment

I’ve literally been trying to contact you guys for 3 months now and haven’t got one response but yet you guys want to summons me.. I’ve been trying to set up a payment plan but nothing works.. can someone help please
