I just had a phone consultation with this attorney Frederick Nuestein and he was extremely rude to me and ended the call by hanging up the phone in my face. I let him speak but every time I tried to get a word in to explain my situation he kept talking over me and wasn't really trying to listen to what I had to say. I would never recommend this lawyer to anybody. If my case is not valuable to you then that's fine, but it's no need to ask me questions about it and then when I try to answer I'm being talked over and my statements are being completely disregarded. He was EXTREMELY RUDE. This was very one- sided conversation and I would NOT recommend him or this firm.

This review is long overdue, Rick and Nicole went above and beyond with my case and won. I had someone forge a quit claim deed to my property and began filing a bunch of stuff in an attempt to exhaust my funds including evicting me from my own home hoping I would not be able to afford to fight it. They were able to win my case and get my property back. Many other lawyers were not confident they could win but Rick’s confidence and expertise made me confident to choose him and I do not regret it. I cannot recommend them enough.
