Words alone cannot describe my gratitude for the Luneckas Law Team and Darin Luneckas. I was seriously injured in a work related agriculture ATV accident. I went over handlebars of the ATV when it went into an unseen washed out gulley in a large agricultural field in a remote part of Central Iowa. After the accident I was left with a large abrasion on my forehead, headaches, constant ringing in my ears, sensitivity to light and noise, and worst of all depression. Initially I was getting very little help from my employer and their insurance company. I couldn’t work and I was left with no wages and no medical care for a brain injury. The past 2 years and almost 10 months of my life have been a living nightmare since my fall. After the insurance company would not pay, I sought the advice of Darin. My son is now healthy and (mostly) healed and we are forever grateful to Darin Luneckas for saving us from a pile of medical bills we couldn't pay and a good financial head start for my son's future.
