I had Konstantine Diamaduros review a contract that was sent me from another business to bring me on as an independent contractor. The language used in these types of contracts is always confusing to me, and I wanted to make sure my own business was protected. Konstantine was able to point out all the flaws in the contract, advise me why it wasn’t a fair contract, and explain which parts were questionable. I now won’t sign anything unless I have him review it! I highly recommend Maynard Nexsen for all your needs!
