I am in Real Estate myself and the level of response to calls, emails, questions is quicker, easier, and better than 99% of the attorneys I deal with out there. I learned through my own home purchase the value proposition a great attorney's experience and gut instinct can have at critical negotiation point in the deal can mean the difference in my case of almost $10k.

BTW, IF you really really want to GO FOR IT, you even do not need to bring your dog frisee toy, his relative live next door with pick up truck guy will automatically gives it to you in case you will be feeling bored with LOOOOOOOOOONG WAITING TIME.
