Basic real estate lawyers. The paralegals on the other hand are incompetent. Beware of fees they don't mention to you, they sent me a mailing label for overnight shipping for closing documents, neglected to tell me they'd later charge me $50 when I saw it on my closing statement! Still waiting for them to refund me my final water bill, 6 months later. Also had to REQUEST they send me the final closing disclosure, you'd think that'd be standard practice!
