My first appointment I had on 5th March this year.I looked for help with PIP appeal (Mandatory Reconsideration).My adviser was Diana.She seems very nice and helpful.nI received letter from low centre on 27 April with my case.Ok,seems somethings moving.nNext letter I received on 29 June,asked me updated with my case.But I cannot update if I don't have any news from DWP(no letter,no text messages).nI try to contact Low centre so many times,nobody no answer phone,I left voicemails with my phone number to contact me back.I didn't receive nothing back.I asked help to my mental health care to contact with low centre,she try to left voicemails on my name,again nothing.She write a e mail,didn't receive nothing back.nnOn 24 August I received Mandatory Reconsideration letter.I received same letter,with same points I received on 13th February,only was a different date 17th August.nI am very upset,I westing my time with people who never help,who never contact with me.nSeems this centre don't want to help genuine people's who worked hard and paid taxes and insurance but unfortunately because now I have serious health issues I couldn't work...Now I am after surgery and I couldn't walk and with no income.nThis was a first and last time I visited this centre and I never recommended this centre people who need disability help.
