I can highly recommend Mr. Stopek's services as an immigration lawyer. Personally I visited his office for the first time in 2010 when I was dating my wife to be, and we lived thousands of miles away from one another on both sides of the Atlantic. We decided to inquire about our plan to get married, and about settling here in the United States, and received good and honest advice from Mr. Stopek. In 2011 we got married, and Mr. Stopek handled my IR-1 immigration visa while I was still living in Europe. 10 months after the initial application I had my immigration interview at the US consulate and a few weeks later I was living in the U.S. After my first two years in the U.S. I had to remove my conditions, and Mr. Stopek handled this step as well. Again, everything went smooth, and as of recently I now have a 10 year green card. It's been a smooth and pleasant experience thanks to Mr. Stopek handling everything the way he explained to us. I always had the impression that he takes his time to listen to your concerns, and explains everything in detail what is expected of you in order to have a successful application. His staff has also been always accommodating, friendly and sincere.

I would not recommend this place at all.Everyone working here looks confused and dull .The front desk people are dressed casually and doesn't look professional at all.They have the most attitude of all people.Every time i go there ,the office is always empty.I hardly see any customer .I am sure because of their poor customer service.The lawyer is extra friendly,meaning you go there to discuss your case and he tells you all about his other cases,and his daily schedule.Damn it !!!i just want him to focus on my case!!!Every time i ask him questions ,he looks answer for them in Google. Common, i can do that !!! I hired you for your professional opinion.Well,he charge too much money for too little work.I am glad i over with it but believe me i would highly not recommend this place.Its a waste of money and time!!!
