This people don't even deserve one star if I had the option to go negative I would do it without thinking twice. They're the worst, mean, cruel and horrible people I've ever meant in my whole life. They are BIG liars ,they have no humanity, they have no heart stay AWAY from them. They were a part of a bill collection that my husband had from a doctor ,and we made a deal with them for payments every month to pay them since we didn't had money to pay the whole amount,but this horrible people not only they're cashing the checks we send them every month but they lied and went through our bank accounts when they told us once you start sending monthly payments this won't happened any more, but it didn't STOP. I'm not a bad person but for what they did to us I'm extremely hurt and suffering so I wish with all my heart that KARMA gets all them when they it hurts them the most and hope it gets them REALLY good. God is big it might forget but never forgive and so for all the pain you caused us one day it's going to come back at all of you ????????????.

I have been dealing with B.W. for a long time. In six years that I've know them, they have never collected on an account that I've sent them. Including the last one, Ross Brothers. Beth, there sales rep told me that there was no way I was getting paid. I fired them, I sent an email stating that I was no longer doing business with B.W. I then immediately gave the account to another firm. They settled the account. A month latter, Beth called me up to tell me again that Ross Brothers wasn't going to pay and I told them that I wasn't going on. She started sending harassing emails that her firm wanted to get paid on that account. I didn't even have the money in my hands yet. They wanted half the money that I was supposed to receive. I told her that I didn't even get paid. Why are they harassing me? I didn't here from them fora couple of months, Now I am getting letters from there attorney, O'Brian&Taylor out of W. Caldwell N.J. The original bill was for $5,000, I collected only $960, Benjamin Williams Wanted $495, and now O'Brian&Taylor now wants $1,722? I want these people gone from my life or I am involving the law. Desired Resolution: No further contact by the business Desired Outcome I want no further contact with this firm and I want money from all the account that they botched up. To the amount of $20,000.

These are not attorneys these are a disgusting group of people. They don't care how I'll somebody is and try to collect more money then the settlement. Shame on them!
