PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS BEWARE..... This poor excuse of an attorney violated attorney/client confidentiality with me on numerous occasions. He then proceeded to lie to me about it. When Joey enters a court room, he should actually be wearing a tu tu instead of a business suit. Never in my life did I have a public defender act in such an unethical and unprofessional manner. This lawyer if that's what you want to call him, acted as if he had my best interests at heart! I had the displeasure of having him appointed to defend me as the Public Defender in Rockaway Twp.This idiot with no backbone tried representing me in the utmost unethical manner. When I called him to discuss a confidential matter with him with regard to my case, he literally hung up the phone with me to call the cross complainant. Unbeknownst to me, Joey is a very good friend of the infamous, unhinged, Tucker Kelley of Rockaway Twp. Within minutes of me hanging up the phone with him, I had Mr. Kelley appear at my residence to further harass and stalk me. He even knocked on my door to advise me Mr. O'Toole just called him and advised him of our confidential phone call. I literally panicked, closed and locked my door on Tucker Kelley asking him to stop stalking and harassing me. Long story short, This attorney is a complete embarrassment to the defendants of Rockaway Twp. He is the most unethical attorney that acts as if he does a community service rather than being employed by the state to defend the citizens of Rockaway Twp. Stay away from this poor excuse of an attorney if you can help it, and hire a paid unbiased attorney that is unaffiliated with this firm. He serves as a complete injustice to you and a waste of your retainer fee that they make you pay prior to meeting this bozo!!!
