I believe they have collaborated with the opposing attorney to sabotage my case. They have deliberately missed important deadlines, and planned with the opposing Attorney to take away all my legal rights. Wagner has a reputation out there. Find out before you go with these guys. They have also charged me $35000 for absolutely doing nothing for me. Attorney Swart is nothing better. Stay away, if you can.
