Some lawyers has really low moral standards and/or low professional skills. Heather Garvock Happen to be one of them. I almost hire her to represent a false representation case, she advised to file a waiver immediately (along with big bucks). However, the first question on the waiver form is that you have to admit your false representation is a willful misrepresentation. It is like you accept a guilty plea without a fight. nI am so glad I did not hire her for the case. You should be aware as well.

It is like that you have admit that you are guilty. nnLuckily, I hired another attorney, and she made some good points and the case was approved. nnImmigration case is often frustrating and related to your future. If you don't want your future ruined by Heather Garvock, stay away from her. She either had really low moral standard (she charges a lot more for a waiver) or she was not smart enough to understand the logic of the law.
