Corruption is rampant in this office. Employees sleeping with each other, publicsizing drugs and party lifestyles over serving and protecting their communities. Most white ADAs incriminate people of color to meet quotas and goals that the DA lies and covers up
Don't talk t0 the girl property release. Salty rude. She loves her job.
Corruption is all over this place and Darcel clark must be voted out of office, under her administration the bronx has still remained a monopoly of incriminating people of color and destroying communities. She must be held accountable alongside with all the ADAS doing corrupt tactics to meet quotas and fill jail cells. Working here brought all this corruption to full circle with me and I’m glad many others are blowing the whistle on this disgusting situation. Corruption is rampant and reform needs to happen.
I was assaulted & the Guy was arrested for felony assault. They d.a end up giving him probation! No prison time no community service NOTHING just probation. I knew someone who was pistol whipped and got 3 staples in his head,and they wanted to drop the case completely,they ended up dropping the 2 felonies to 1 misdemeanor & no prison time. My lawyer friend said they only want clean cut super easy cases to keep their 100% conviction rates so they can be defense lawyers after they leave and retire. He said They drop felonies to misdemeanors and misdemeanors to violations which are like jaywalking tickets. They also get to chose what cases to keep or drop, if the cops arrest someone and they feel like its to hard to fight for they drop it right away. No wonder the bronx is crime ridden
