This Crook County Public Guardians Office is STEALING money from federal and state aid in child protection cases. The GALs are assuming dual lawyer roles and the ABA CAPTA legislative intent for Guardian ad Litems does not extend to children an attorney client relationship. This is a grey market for fraudulent adoptions. The GALs submit fraudulent paperwork to the court. Kass Plain is the Director and has been doing this along with other attorneys for decades. These are criminals! Everyone needs to be paying attention to the local governments. The government has no lawful authority to steal kids and adopt them for money! Child protection doesn’t exist because of these criminals! The FBI is watching now!
NO stars. My children suffer for years due to neglect from Sharon McRoberts public guardian in charge for my case. She thinks that my minor children age 4 and 9 should be living in abusive environment. Police reports about battery charges she ignores. Shame for this Country .
Do not trust these people! Hire your own attorney for your loved one. This office needs to be shut down! They will sell everything and charge tens of thousands for nothing! Shameful people!
