Given the time sensitive nature of immigration issues, if there's a lapse in communication, the clientele will be responsible for going out of immigration status and stand the chance of being deported. Customer help desk rep. sounded like she's doing us a favor by taking our calls, attorneys were slow in responding to emails and hard to reach over phone (easy for them to point fingers and say "...clients are playing a game of phone tag"), and don't seem to have the due diligence of communicating results of a petition with their clients unless asked for. Very disappointed in the service they offered (on two separate occasions)...
