I called to speak with my husband parole officer unfortunately was unable to reach him which is not a problem he is a good person but the lady that answers the phone is extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional and for the state to employ a person which such nasty attitude when I simply asked her who her name was due to I like to keep track of the people I speak to on serious matters such as this she said she doesn’t have to give a name and was completely rude. The state needs to have someone who has a better attitude when speaking to people. She lacks the ability to have any customer service attitude.

Employees are less than helpful...I couldn't get basic help registering to visit a loved one. I wonder if it's a prerequisite to be extremely rude and intolerable, or if that's a quality attained with experience in local Gov't jobs? Turns out the treat everyone poorly not just those who break the law

Great facility. Much nicer location than their previous one. Always have great food trucks out front as well.
