TERRIBLE. Non responsive. Did our Trust years ago. Received a letter from them "time to update" we then discovered they never filed our paperwork so our trust book is useless. Sent emails and left MANY messages to have it redone (we are willing to pay for a new trust even if it was a error on their part) Sent so many messages, felt like I was begging. NO RESPONSE. NOTHING.
