All I can say is the lack of care in my case to the point of the lawyer not having all the papers I sent to the 3 different paralegals I had on my case for almost a year. At the beginning with people quitting was hard for me to figure out who was working in my case and therefore some IMPORTANT papers were lost such as the note I gave to the chiropractor stating why I couldn't continue attending therapy. I understand they do not control the justice system or court dates but I wish I could have meet with my lawyer before the trial not 15 minutes before. I feel like those details could've make the difference. I was surprised they didn't have the photos of my accident (personal injuries) and they said it was not important for my case. At the end I was happy with the people I get to talked to (Juan and Julio) but I wished it was like that since de beginning
