I was very disappointed in my treatment by palmetto State law group. I made an appointment for a consultation and never received a confirmation email. Two business days before my appointment I called the office hoping to make arrangements to prepay for my consultation only to find out that the lawyer who was going to consult with me decided not to follow through with the consultation. It was just unprofessional from start to finish. I wish them well but I was not treated well.

I wasn’t sure at the start of my divorce and custody case where to turn when it came it finding the correct attorney to help me, I was a bit stressed out and nervous. Lizzy is fantastic. She is focused, sharp, and has an acute sense of urgency in her communication and understanding when it came to my case. She listened to everything I had to share and has provided me with reassurance and confidence throughout the litigation process. Lizzy’s effective practice and knowledge on my case and SC law put me at ease. She tells it how it is. Lizzy worked with me, and cares about the case, sounds funny but she cares and took time to really analyze my case at all angles, and I don’t doubt at all that she works as diligently and consistently with her other clients. Lizzy and her paralegal Bonnie are amazing! Bonnie is quick to answer my phone calls and a pleasure to speak with, she’s pretty funny too. Bonnie and Lizzy work best as long as you communicate with them about your case, life changes that may affect your case, and payment arrangements. My experience with Palmetto State Law Group was incredibly pleasant from start to finish. Everyone in the office, including the owner, was exceptionally nice, making me feel welcome and valued as a client. Ms. Melissa, who handled my case, was particularly impressive. She not only guided me through the probate process with clarity and expertise but also assured me that I wouldn't consider any other place for such matters in the future. I am 100% satisfied with the service they provided and would 100% recommend them to anybody I know who's looking for probate help. The only aspect that I Built unsatisfied with was their payment system. Initially, I received an invoice for $700, which left me puzzled about whether it was a one-time payment or if I would be billed monthly. Upon inquiry, I was informed that invoices were typically sent after the case concluded, and payment at that time was optional. However, towards the end of the case, confusion arose regarding the payment process. It appeared that I was supposed to have been making payments throughout the duration of the case, despite not receiving invoices. Had I been receiving invoices regularly, I would have been called or I would have been able to manage my payments more efficiently or even settle the balance sooner. Despite this confusion, I am overall satisfied with their services. I also tried to reach out to have the owner give me a call to discuss this matter further and resolved the confusion, but never received a call. Overall, Palmetto State Law Group provided an exceptional experience, with friendly staff and expert guidance. While there were minor issues with the payment system, their professionalism and expertise in handling legal matters make them a top choice for probate cases.

Margaret Collins and her team are the best out there! They are brilliant and extremely knowledgeable. They have treated me like family since I walked in the door. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me and my kids. If you are looking for someone to fight hard for you these are your people!

If you need representation this is the law firm you need! Not only do they have great customer service but they dedicate and put in the extra time and shows proof by results of what they were working hard on. Not once did I feel judged or uncomfortable when presenting certain issues that have happened whether it was good choices or bad if anything Bonnie and Meg both gave the proper guidance and great advice legally and also know how to hang their business attire up and speak as motherly figures. Their advice, patience, dedication and hard work will forever stay with me and I can not thank them enough for all they have done and I am more than happy that they have been by my side through the long journey that was at hand .
