Thank you for getting things done on short notice. My closing was a breeze! There were many documents to sign but everything was in order and in its rightful place. Mr. Parker explained each document and gave insight when needed. His staff was very polite as well. I am truly beyond grateful on the services you provided. Again, Thank you!! To add, I love how you gave copies of all documents in a binder..that was a very brilliant idea.

Cathy is horrible at her job and incredibly rude. After an email, voicemail, and then explaining my situation on the phone, she still failed to understand what was going on. I ended up going with another attorney who explained that the process would simply involve some paperwork and a surveyor.
