Horrible experience trying to contact these folks. Generally up tight- and as I started discussing my situation, I was talked over by whoever was on the phone who proceeded to tell ME what the issue was. However, if they had listened, they would know it was a completely separate thing I was trying to get legal counsel for. There are so many lawyers in Chicagoland- trust me when I say to find another one with more compassion and understanding.
