i calls 5 or 6 times they always say we have someone call you back but never get a respond.thats not a way to do when you have been paid in full

Did not feel that the consultation was helpful as far as understanding our options or the process in general. We didn't care about the $50 fee but not worth it at all.

The absolute worst! Overcharges! Unreachable! We just found a new immigration lawyer (DOWN THE STREET!) who is MUCH better, speaks both Spanish and English, outlines every single cost and what they're for, has been extremely responsive and helpful answering all of our questions and .. again .. they are DOWN THE STREET FROM THIS HORRIBLE "Law Office". Paul Surh's over-priced "consultations" consists of 5 minutes where he really just give you a list of things to bring back that he could have emailed or told you over the phone. We've requested Paul Surh's office deliver copies of all the documents they've filed for us (yes we actually payed him to work for us for a couple YEARS before we found someone better) and we're on day 4 now of "our scanner is broken" I'm sorry but you're a law office and that's the best you got? I don't think so. Are you trying to tell me you don't scan legal documents every day in 2016 (2 months to 2017)? No thank you. Never again. As soon as we get our documents from them (if they will EVER answer the phone or return a phone call, still nothing a week later, only texts in response to our voicemails), we are never paying DOUBLE for what we're getting down the street from a respectable office.

I can honestly say that I am very pleased with the services provided by the Law Offices of Paul A. Suhr, PLLC. he is a knowledgeable man and he has an exceptional team working with him. Very cordial and very professional. Thank you!
