I contacted Orange County Bar looking for lawyer to represent my grandson. Happily and grateful, they referred me to the stellar, young, bright and talented attorney; Daniel Sercombe. Attorney Sercombe listened and immediately grasped the situation at hand and how best to tackle it. Attorney Sercombe’s experience as a former prosecutor enabled him to deal with the District Attorney’s Office in a way that favored the defendant in the eyes of the prosecution. While my grandson participated in a diversion program for 15 months, for a DUI, he worked diligently, completed classes, did community service. He knew how to handle the process and was patient yet effective in his approach. While my grandson may be a free spirited, affable young man, who has made mistakes, he is not a criminal and has demonstrated a commitment to doing the right thing and becoming an upstanding citizen. That was a stressful process that led me to many dead ends, since I needed assistance in a short time frame.
