Padro had a high profile case for A Delgado back in 2011. His case was in fact a federal court case and Mr Ferrer charged Mr Delgado 10,000 dollars to represent him. At Mr Delgado's pre trial Mr Ferrer had mixed up another client of his information in with Mr Delgado's court papers. Mr Delgado got this brought to his attention when the judge brought it up to him and told Mr Delgado she would recommend he found a new lawyer. The judge then told Mr Ferrer to take peoples cases more serious. MR Ferrer dodged Mr Delgado and would not refund him a penny. Mr Delgado is now out after a ten year sentence and would never want anyone to get screwed over like he did.
