Very rude, unprofessional, and judgemental. Would not return emails or calls. Thief at best. Will insult you and had no empathy for the case. Always blamed it on her employees. She had a new paralegal every 2 months. I can see why they didnt want to work for her. Didnt counter file anything. Doesnt file anything you ask. Had no details of the case. She didnt know where i lived, like she didnt read through my case at all. Had to repeatedly tell her my concerns over phone, emails and she was not understanding or showing like she cared. Lack of feedback and she didnt clear up any doubt. Doesnt really answer your questions and gives you the run around. Clearly showing signs of dementia. I feel like she Purposely lost the case which is so sad. Put complete trust in her and was a total let down destroying lives. She would not let any of my family talk to her. Was very defensive. She did not do her job at all. Reported her to the bar which she then gave them false details and twisted words.

MS Peggy provided great service. I normally write reviews after service is rendered but unfortunately I never got around to doing so. I went through her for my divorce from my 1st husband and I remember her saying wait before you jump back into another marriage give yourself some time. My ole my I wish now I had listened because I'm headed back to her for my 2nd divorce and this time around MS Peggy I'm going to take your advice. I'm going to wait a long time before I head down that road again. So I was satisfied with the service you render the first time which will be my reason for returning. Beaware! She will take your money and insult you at the same time. She does not care!! She doesn't return your phone calls and if she does after 5 weeks of calling she makes up an excuse stating she had to fire her assistant. Well.. news flash not my problem when I am paying you! Peggy is very unorganized and not professional at all. If your looking to throw money away.. well.. she is ur gal! She never returned a dime back to me. She quit answering my calls. Do Not Be Her Next Victim!

When I first googled "custody lawyers" Peggy's law office was the first to pop up. I didn't know what to expect. From the beginning she and her team were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very assuring. There was not a time that I called or visited and was not confident that Peggy and her team would get me what I was paying for. The cost is affordable and they work with you on payment options. I'm so blessed to have walked out of court today with Peggy on my side. She not only got me child support, she ended the long term custody pursuit between my ex and I.

Peggy Nikolakis handled my now wife’s divorce. We chose her because she had been our principal in elementary school and thought highly of her. It was a catastrophe. She was very knowledgeable and talked a great game but when it was time for business, things went south quickly. There was no communication. Peggy would say one thing and her staff would say something totally different. When it came time for an emergency custody hearing, all we knew was the date and time. Peggy had not told us which courtroom nor had she told us we needed to have witnesses present. She said this was a simple and quick procedure. My wife had to call her soon to be ex to find out what courtroom because Peggy’s office had not returned repeated phone calls. Because no witnesses were there on our behalf and Peggy had not familiarized herself with the case, it looked like a circus. Needless to say, the stumbling and fumbling by the attorney appeared to be deceitful so custody was granted to the father. Thankfully, he was nice enough to agree to shared custody and had his attorney track down Peggy. My wife nor I were allowed to address these issues with Peggy. Anytime we brought up her shortcomings or tried to tell her that her staff didn’t return phone calls or made some type of mistake, she got defensive to the point of raising her voice. In the end, my wife got her ex husband to settle and she walked away from everything, even though she was the only one who worked the entire marriage. She was afraid that Peggy would do even more damage. After all, she had already cost her the child. The only reason there is one star is because I had to put at least one to write a review. It was a nightmare and I hope no one ever goes through what we did with this attorney.
